There was a slight delay in receiving the code but I was amazed that it worked when I put it in. I also thought that I had been scammed as it took a while for the code to be sent to me after payment. Thankfully all is working well now and I can’t thank these guys enough for this service they provide.

It was disappointing that I could not speak with a customer services representative. This online system is very frustrating.
When I eventually got into a “chat” with a representative, Ally was actually helpful when promoted.
I would thoroughly recommend reverting to contact via phone calls and direct emails.
