Brilliant, quick and easy

Sent an email using the contact form on the website. Very quick response from Dave, explaining how and where to send the Lego. Very prompt message and payment once the Lego had arrived. All in all an excellent experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Chand, really went above and beyond today. I contacted YU to submit meter readings as I was unable to do it via the webportal due to an error on the portal. Chand uploaded my meter readings from multiple accounts and then referred the issue with my webportal to another department to be resolved. Many thanks.

Web portal issue

Britney was great sorting out my problem, however I need not have contacted YU customer service if the new web portal was more customer friendly. It is not as intuitive as the previous web portal.

Naielah was very helpful

Naielah was very helpful in assisting me to enter meter reads for multiple accounts that were too old to be entered via the website. She was also able to tell me if the smart meters were working or not.

Resolution of issue by Dillon Sinclair

Resolution of issue by Dillon Sinclair was great. However I needn't have been contacting Castle Water if one of my accounts hadn't been removed from the online portal in the first place. So five stars to Dillon for resurrecting the account on the portal and 1 star to Castle Water for removing the account in the first place. Overall average rating 3 stars (as I can't give 2.5)
