Love the idea, not much the execution

I got Nebula because most a lot of the youtubers i follow are releasing content there. While i love the idea I keep subscribing and regretting it few days later to then unsubscribe and return to YouTube. I would love to be able to stick to it for more then a month moth but every time i open the app i get a lot of random videos on my home page which are completely unrelated to what i usually watch and I never find any video of the channel im subscribed. I dont think many people actively search for each channel they are subscribed to see a video and i would like to see the Home page with more content from what i have follow. Also, would be great if there was the option to like and comment, bot having it really takes away that feeling of connection you have with the content creator. Many of them conclude a video with “if you’d like me to make a video about this leave a comment” but to do so you essentially need to go back to Youtube, and im guessing that the objective of nebula is to not go on Youtube. You guys have done a great work on amount of content and i feel right now there really is a lot, which makes it very confusing and hard to find things so would love to see you work a bit on the “ease of use” so to say form a user prospective.

The fact that they partnerup with…

The fact that they partnerup with checss.com makes it evident that this is not a serious company. I have an yearly subscription and they continue with trying to sell you “gemms” to complete certain exercises.

Will definitely not continue my subscription. I have a family one and we all are unhappy with the service.

Plus, they dont have any type of costumer service and youre unable to comment directly to the company, their translations are not accurate way too often.

Would suggest to stay away.

Worst app/game ever i regret the day i…

Worst app/game ever i regret the day i saw their logo online for the first time.
Besides the bad UI, there is no costumer service and they continue bombarding with notifications and emails while making it as hard as possible for you to opt-out.

Would recommend to stay away from them, there is plenty of better options.

Very unorganised company

I tried this company out for a few months. I was surprised at how they are little organised and i changed company again due to overcharges misleading communications and unhelpful staff.

In the first month alone i was overcharged 600dkk without any communication about it. They dont have an app where to check your use of data or phone called, nor send out any warnings by SMS. This is just few of the many flaws i found would definitely not advise
