I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Laurie-ann, the estate agent. I had booked a viewing for a house through James Anderson Barnes and was initially quite excited about the prospect. However, my experience quickly turned sour.

During the viewing, I found a house that I really liked and decided to make an offer. Laurie-ann assured me that she would send me an email to discuss the offer with the landlord and proceed with the necessary steps. Sadly, that was the last I heard from her.

I patiently waited for her email, hoping to move forward with the rental process. Days went by, and I received no communication from her. In a bid to follow up, I sent her an email inquiring about the progress of my offer. Unfortunately, yet unsurprisingly, my efforts were met with silence.

I find it utterly unprofessional and disrespectful to leave a potential tenant hanging in such a manner. The lack of communication and disregard for my time and interest in the property are highly concerning. I expected a certain level of service and professionalism from an estate agent, and Laurie-ann fell incredibly short of those expectations.

My experience with Laurie-ann has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with her or her agency to reconsider. A simple acknowledgment or a timely response to my emails could have made a significant difference in my perception of her services. It is with regret that I have to leave a one-star review for this lackluster experience.

Appalling Service and Ineffectiveness of Packlink in Dealing with UPS

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Packlink as a shipping service intermediary. Their inability to establish effective communication with UPS has resulted in a frustrating and inconvenient experience.

Despite multiple attempts, Packlink has failed to reach UPS and address the ongoing issues with my delivery. This lack of coordination and responsiveness has caused significant delays and financial losses for my business.

I strongly caution against using Packlink as a shipping service provider. Their inability to effectively communicate with UPS showcases a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Choose a service provider that prioritizes efficient communication and effective issue resolution to avoid the frustrations I have experienced. Packlink's service is simply not up to par.

Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Communication from UPS

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal service provided by UPS. As an eBay seller, I recently encountered a nightmarish experience while shipping a parcel overseas through UPS, and I feel compelled to share my frustration and disappointment.

The ordeal began when I received a notice from UPS informing me about a customs issue with the parcel, which subsequently led to its return. Consequently, I had no choice but to refund the buyer, resulting in significant financial loss. From that point forward, I embarked on a seemingly never-ending wait for UPS to address the situation and provide any form of assistance.

To my disbelief, I waited for two whole weeks without receiving any response from UPS. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their hotline, I was consistently met with nothing but unhelpful and dismissive replies. Finally, after persistent efforts, I managed to obtain information suggesting that the parcel was back in one of their warehouses in the UK. However, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, UPS conveniently redirected me to Packlink, stating that I should contact them to request the return of the package.

Naturally, I followed their advice and reached out to Packlink, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, my hopes were shattered as I found myself caught in a never-ending cycle of chasing UPS through Packlink for a staggering two months. Shockingly, UPS completely ignored Packlink's attempts to communicate with them, leaving me utterly frustrated and helpless.

Just when I thought the situation couldn't get any worse, Packlink informed me that UPS was en route to deliver the package, despite my explicit request to stop the shipment. It is beyond comprehension that UPS could not even adhere to a simple instruction, showcasing a complete disregard for the concerns and interests of their customers.

The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by UPS is simply unacceptable. Their failure to address customer issues, prolonged delays, and blatant disregard for communication channels such as Packlink are indicative of a company that values its own convenience over the needs of its customers.

I strongly advise against utilizing UPS for any shipping needs, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The impact on my business, the financial loss, and the emotional distress caused by their ineptitude are inexcusable.

To sum it up, UPS has proven itself to be an unreliable and unresponsive shipping service. I implore potential users to consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain clear lines of communication. Avoid UPS at all costs!
