I had a bad experience with my purchase. I ordered a pair of sneakers size 42 (euro). Outside the box it was indicated the correct size but inside the box the sneakers’ size was 40 (euro). I noticed the problem to the customer service and they immediately contacted and helped me. Even if I live outside UK, they offered me an exchange with the correct size and sent it very quickly to me. Moreover, they issued a refund for the shipping difference. I'm very satisfied with how they processed this incovenience.
Sneakers are very cool and well made.
I recommend.
