Update on Not received purchased item
UPDATE:
26/05/2023 I am late to reply back but essentially Chava tried to resolve my issues. There were some supply problems and a mix up with the item. I received a full refund and a discount voucher for my next purchase. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
05/05/2023 Well I called because I was sent the wrong item in my order. Told to email this to them. Did this and a week later, still no reply or resolution so I'm without the item I paid for!
