When I tried to redeem my winnings it kept saying payout failed. I was successfully verified and successfully linked my bank account count. I contacted support and heard back immediately asking for a screenshot of the error message. I never heard back after that. Then when I chose to self exclude my account I got confirmation it was successfully closed however, I can log back in each time with no issues. I’ve also reached out to support for this with no response. Definitely give support -10 and redeeming is too much of a hassle. There are way better sites out there. Stay away from this one.

Worst gambling site I’ve ever played at and I’ve played at A LOT. I won $500, went through a very lengthy verification process that records more documents that I think is personally necessary. Took over a month to receive my winnings and when I did I only received $150. They said they’re policy states you can only win up to 10 times the deposit amount. Absolutely absurd. Coming up with anything to make sure customers get the least amount possible. Will never play here again and neither should you. Spend your money elsewhere.
