Good Service Poor product instructions

Ordered two Universal friction stays approximately 2 weeks apart. Both delivered on time. However the first one cost £5.00 ex vat and the second one £3.50 ex vat. a difference of 30%. The instructions that come with the item are poor / out of date and describe a non existent adjustment push button. This makes it difficult (not impossible) to use as a drop down stay.

Thank you for the review. We always aim to keep our prices at a competitive rate and a lot of our products recently received a reduction, which is why your second order would have been cheaper. We are currently working on updating fitting/specification sheets on products, as these would have been supplied by the manufacturer and we would like to have material that is simper and more understanding for customers when purchasing our products.

Reliable

Have used Jet2holidays on numerous occasions and find them reliable. Would have given 5 stars but no real information or rep attending the apartments. Last seen on boarding the coach. Next siting on arrival at airport to return home. Rely on people contacting them.

Disappointed with one sample

Pleased with the arrival of samples (could have done with bigger ones) much quicker than anticipated.
Sent for 2 samples. Considering we had to pay for them plus delivery the blue sample was so flawed due to misprint it was not worth while sending.
