Avoid if you actually want to withdraw your winnings

If I could give this website zero stars I would!
I signed up and all seemed well at first, that is, until I tried to withdraw my winnings! It all went rapidly downhill from there....
I was asked to send a photo of me holding my ID in front of the website for 'verification' purposes which I did. It's been 4 days now and I've sent numerous follow up emails chasing where things are up to and radio silence....no replies to my email, and the website won't let me withdraw any money and keeps referring me back to contacting support. I have literally never had such a bad experience with a casino online as this.

Large parcels just left on my doorstep

Large parcels just left on my doorstep. I was home and didn't hear anyone knock. The parcels were large and effectively blocking me in, so they were very visible to anyone passing and could have been taken.

Useless. Don't Waste Your Money

I bought these earplugs after seeing an advert promoting these as good for sound sensitivities. Having tried for several days now I can safely say I hate them. They have given me a migraine on each occasion and actually not made a bit of difference to the way I am hearing. I am autistic and do struggle with noise...I have tried several types of earphones and these are definitely the worst. What a waste of money.

The app is rubbish however the member of staff I spoke to was really friendly and helpful and sorted my issue promptly.
