The customer service is really bad.
After buying winter tyres and the installation service, the tyre warning light on the dashboard won't go away.

I tried the online chat, but then I was told to call.
Calling the number, and the staff who answers the phone has a super rude tone, and said there is nothing they can help, and yell to confirm, what is your problem? And they ask me to send an email.

So in total I have visited the store twice, called twice, chat once, I now just sent an email, I don't how many emails would solve the problem forwards.

There is no standard procudure or flow of customer service at all.

Illyas was very helpful and explained everything when he handed over the car :)
The car was also serviced right before handing over :)

I highly recommend this driving school, especially the driving instructor Abbas.
On one side, he is a very professional and knowledgeable teacher. Driving in my home land China and in Denmark is very different, with regards to the various road and traffic conditions (Don't mention the insane cyclists), and he tought me all the regulations and techniques in need of driving in Denmark. We would practice in the real driving route until I am familiar with everything I need to know for the exam.
For another, Abbas is very patient and kind, he would repeatedly pointed out the things to notice patiently, and he would continually encourage you and help you build confidence in driving. Even outside our driving session, everytime I text him with questions, I will always get answers quickly with detailed explanations.
I passed my driving test with his help and I believe you could as well! :)
