Great customer service

I had a wi-fi issue, as we have just changed our internet provider.
A quicky answered by David to simplisafe & all was sorted in a couple of minutes as David walked me through the procedure to reset the wi-fi through the main control panel, as the app didn't want to know.

What great friendly service.

I popped in a few weeks beforehand to ask some questions about what I need to do to hire a 7.5t lorry, the staff are very helpful and talked me through the whole process. The staff are very friendly and make the whole experience easy.
