Poor communication, unable to make claim
I left a review for this company previously, they lied to make and persuaded me to remove it by telling me they don’t have no involvement in the claims process even though I’ve been told my Sedgwick they do and Sedgwick is waiting for Jove to reply so they can settle my claim it has been 5 days now and they still haven’t replied. I’ve also been told by Sedgwick Jove didn’t send the initial claim email to the right email address which makes me believe Jove are the ones that have been trying to stop me from claiming. Communication has been very poor and they have refused to acknowledge my complaint and I’ve had to contact the financial ombudsman to get them to investigate. Communication is very poor and it’s very bad to make a claim and get a response from them. I would avoid and go to a more reputable company and will update when the financial ombudsman get back to me!
