Poor communication, unable to make claim

I left a review for this company previously, they lied to make and persuaded me to remove it by telling me they don’t have no involvement in the claims process even though I’ve been told my Sedgwick they do and Sedgwick is waiting for Jove to reply so they can settle my claim it has been 5 days now and they still haven’t replied. I’ve also been told by Sedgwick Jove didn’t send the initial claim email to the right email address which makes me believe Jove are the ones that have been trying to stop me from claiming. Communication has been very poor and they have refused to acknowledge my complaint and I’ve had to contact the financial ombudsman to get them to investigate. Communication is very poor and it’s very bad to make a claim and get a response from them. I would avoid and go to a more reputable company and will update when the financial ombudsman get back to me!

I made claim through pockit purchase…

I made claim through pockit purchase protection the insurance company are not replying to my emails it has been over a week since I received the only email from them telling me my claim has been processed to the next stage. I have made a complaint to pockit and they both won’t reply or acknowledge my complaint. Pockit is trying to avoid responsibility by saying they don’t provide the insurance they only advertise it but they have falsely advertised the insurance as I have not received no response to my claim and communication is very bad and they’re not doing much to help and this is really frustrating for me as I have mental health. I will have to contact the financial ombudsman to get advice and to tell them pockit are refusing to take my complaint.

Awful psychiatrist

Awful psychiatrist, don’t be fooled by their professionalism, they misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong medication according to NHS single point of access, from which I’m getting side effects nearly a year later. The doctor refused to do an autism assessment, I’ve now been diagnosed privately elsewhere. I would avoid this psychiatrist and go through a more reputable clinic.

Not received blood test kits and…

Not received blood test kits and company will not sort problem out and are ignoring my emails. That's a lie I've not received my kits and I've raised a chargeback with my bank. Will update once I get the result of the chargeback. Not true I haven't received the kits where id the proof for this and I received a refund from my bank!

have been with them for a few years and…

have been with them for a few years and they have out put me on a very high dose of methylphenidate which was giving me very and side effects. My gp gave me permission to stop it now I want to go on another medication as im feeling very suicidal and they're saying I have to join a waiting list of 7 months before I can be prescribed medication again. My doctor has had to refer me using right to refer so I can medication quicker. Be aware of this applying wait list even for existing patients who are having very bad side effects from a medication they prescribed. My doctors name is Ahmed Zadeh by the way and he is also very unhelpful.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered…

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today which had medication in. The driver took a picture of the wrong door and went. I have a ring doorbell footage and he didn't come to the right door. I called dpd and they just put the phone down on me everytime I said I want to make a complaint. Will never be using dpd again.

Dpd deliver my medication today they…

Dpd deliver my medication today they attempted to deliver as soon as I was opening the door the driver walked off. I followed him on to the street and he still walked off with my parcel even though I needed my medication today!! I have tried contacting dpd but keep on getting cut off. I will not be using them again as they do not seem to care about customers and there drivers are very rude!!!

My parcel never arrived and I have ring…

My parcel never arrived and I have ring doorbell footage of the delivery driver taking away. John Lewis won't investigate or refund me and have told to launch a retail dispute with my card company which I have done. Avoid this company as they will not help you at all and are very rude!

Update: I launched a retail dispute and was refunded by my bank which could have been solved by John Lewis. Will not be using John Lewis online or instore ever again after this very bad experience.

Very poor I disputed transactions and…

Very poor I disputed transactions and they would not provide a refund for transactions i have disputed even after ten working days! even though in the past they have. Their customer service is also rude and doesn't help some do want to help but the majority don't. Their customer service also attempts to not provide a complaints form when you ask them for it. I have proof and will be escalating it to the financial ombudsman.

Very bad bank unable to get through to…

Very bad bank unable to get through to anyone in state of emergency. Also, I raised a dispute for an ATM withdrawal which is refunded immediately by all other banks. This bank only didn't take over a month to get my funds back, it also charged me for the disputed amount before the dispute was resolve. This made me go overdrawn unauthorised which they had the audacity to charge me interest for.

This is worst bank I've ever banked…

This is worst bank I've ever banked with. They are operating in the UK but are choosing to use an American model of banking. Their customer service is very poor and rude. They blocked my account for two weeks by mistake. I complained and they offered me £50 compensation. They are also hard to open any card disputes with and make it look like your a scammer and don't want to help you at all. I'm fed up of this bank and have closed my bank. Please be very wary and careful when opening a bank with Chase.
