Very late delivery and no empathy from My American Shop
The purchase was completed and the estimated date of arrival for the package was set to 3 -5 days. The purchase was completed on November 7th #247656, I was meeting my daughter on the 16th and wanted to give her the goods ordered. I wrote an email to ask about the delivery, as it had not arrived, also stating clearly they were in breach of contract, I requested either an express delivery or my money back as getting the product after the 17th would do no good as our daughter lives in another country. Customer service wrote me back saying they would look into it, and for me to call in a few days, ending with the line I hope you enjoy your snacks. No comment was made regarding the information I had provided of a time limit, which would not have been an issue had they delivered the products as advertised, and no apologies were offered.
The package arrived yesterday, Nov 20th, this is obviously too late for the intended gift ordered 10 days in advance. It is unfortunate when you put your trust and your money in good faith to send a special gift only to be let down with out any consideration or so much as an apology.

Thank you for your apology, although overdue, Just for clarity, the issue is not that the "We deeply regret that the delivery did not meet your expectations" the issue was that your site set the delivery date at 3 -5 days, you did not meet your delivery times you promised. The products paid for which are of no use to me unless I pay once again to have someone else deliver them to the inteded party.
I am hope you will sincerly investigate and take steps to avoid this situation in the future, however, as a customer, I should not have to be funding your learning. I would like mu money returned in full as you have not complied with your promise, that way you can take the loss for your errors and not your customers.
