Dalmatian Delight

We had a fantastic time at Villa Belpur in Pitve. We were a family of 6 with three older children. The property is excellent. The ground floor is a very large, stlyishly-designed open plan space with kitchen and living area which was perfect for us. The outside space wraps around the villa and is huge with a great view to the hills and then also to the sea from the first floor terrace. All the bedrooms are on this floor and are all en-suite. In the basement, we regularly used the pool table, excellent sauna and hot tub.
Elisha at Hvar Away is lovely, helpful and super-responsive. Thanks to Tina also for meeting us on arrival and showing us how everything works and how not to break the patio doors :).
Some tips and recommendations:
- car is needed really (taxis are expensive)
- the local Tommy supermarket is very close but quite expensive
- we found eating out to be fairly reasonable and the local Konoba Dvor Dubokovic is beautiful with huge portions
- Stari Grad is a must visit, great restaurants around a very picturesque bay
- We also enjoyed Vrbosk which is a great location to hire a bike. You can cycle to Jelsa from here along the coast.

Generally very poor

Took an extremely long time to return my car. Communication very poor and difficult to get hold of them. Never offered a courtesy car when I was entitled to one.
