Order was sent out on time. I wasn’t home asked neighbour to take my parcel. Dpd didn’t even knock on their door knocked on mine. Then delivered to somewhere miles away for me to pick. I can’t get there! So emailed vapeglobe a week ago. No reply no refund no sod all. Awful customer service. Gone downhill.

Would give 0 stars, but you can’t. Shopping not been delivered within time scale I picked. Last shopping was delivered 3 1/2 hours late. This time roughly 2 hours late. No phone call, no apology and half of the shopping is substituted as nothing available. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.
