From my initial phone call about my claim to settlement I have been informed of all information through either emails/phone calls and most importantly to me hard copy letters sent by post.
I was pleased that the company sent out an agent who met me at the place of my injury and I was able to see at first hand the area being looked into and measured.
All staff I spoke to acted professionally
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

The driver was very good, we were told the furniture would be delivered between 12 & 3, however it was slightly after that and I needed to phone the company to see where the driver was, it would have been better if we had had a call to say the driver was delayed.
