This app is a waste of time. Today, they notified me that my package was still "In Transit," hours after UPS handed it to me. It took them 3 hours to finally notify me that it had been delivered. I've had this app for about a month, and without exception, they continue drop the ball. There are other delivery notification apps that are reliable and prompt. This isn't one of them.

This is an exquisite, smartly designed, innovative, timepiece. I love the ease of changing watch bands. It keeps perfect time and looks great on my wrist. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Congratulations to the whole Magneto team for this superb product.

Recently, I contacted the 1Password customer service staff because I needed some assistance making the transition from their Standalone version of 1Password, which I'd been using for many years, to their subscription based system. Their response was immediate, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and generous. And they made the transition smooth, easy and problem free. There are some companies that define what great customer service means. The 1Password staff is one of them. Five stars for the app, and five stars for their great team.
