Met by polite and courteous staff member, seated and offered refreshments. Then joined by member of staff relating to our interests who proved to be very knowledgeable, helpful and discussed our options resulting in a successful purchase.

Excellent Service

Notified by Ideal of planned day of engineer visit and then updated by text of initial contact to inform me of arrival time. A telephone call from the engineer on the morning of his visit provided an approximate arrival time which was spot on. Friendly & personable engineer carried out the repair in an efficient & timely manner. All round, a great service from start to finish.

Excellent Service …

Prompt attendance to rectify faulty boiler. Engineer spent 2 hours cleaning and replacing parts and we now have a working system. He explained everything he had done and how to get maximum efficiency from our system.
