My daughter had chemistry tutoring with Diana-Gabriella and she is absolutely amazing. Really helped her a lot and my daughter is lot more confident now.

Thank you for your review and for explaining over the phone just now. We are very sorry for the poor communication from your tutor. We have over 1,000 hours of lessons per week, and 99% of the time things run smoothly. In some rare occasions, there can be problems and in this case Aaryan became unavailable due to personal reasons. In this situation, all we can do is apologise, provide a full refund and look to improve in future.
Just to clarify, we did process a full refund before the review. Our refunds are not based on whether the customer writes a review.
We can assure you that this is a very rare complaint for us. We have taught over 20,000 students and our satisfaction rate is very high, so we usually do provide a reliable and high quality tuition service. Our WhatsApp communication normally means that students report us as being very responsive, easy to communicate with and reliable.
