good luck. it took me 3 tries to speak to a live person. there automated system does not recognize when you type in your response and hangs up on you. it took me 15 mins the last time to get a live person on the phone

I ordered equipment 2 weeks ago and it never arrived. There phone is disconnected and they don't respond to emails.
