Website dreadful. Superfast delivery

Website is dreadful. A real struggle to get through the payment system. Had to try different browsers. But the delivery was superfast and the product was fine.

Prompt service and delivery

Prompt service and delivery. Website is a bit difficult, eg. The popup to chat hides the Checkout button. You have to close the Chat popup (not obvious) first. Also, can't get to Checkout in Chrome browser. Very frustrating. Had to switch to another browser. However, product is perfect for what I needed.

Great after sales service

Have been using FlipBuilder Plus heavily with big PDFs for some time. Had an issue with one troublesome PDF so emailed support. They got back within minutes and gave me detailed advice after analysing the PDF. Problem solved. Very impressive support, and a well designed program.
