Everything went smoothly and overall a very positive experience. The car was in (almost) perfect condition upon collection and return was quick and easy.

Cheating with time and price - not recommended
Cheating with time and price - payment by hour is very risky with this company - not recommended.
I used this company two times, in 2021 and in 2023. The first time, I used a fixed price for the whole move, so all went well. The second time, however, I used a fixed price for 5 hours and anything over that would be charged per hour. The two moving guys arrived late (24 minutes), took innumerable smoking breaks, left to the supermarket to buy food, at some point one of them totally disappeared to make phone calls (I had to go get him to get back to work) etc. A move that was 70 boxes and some furniture (2-bed flat) and within the same building (around the corner) took that way over 5 hours! Absolutely ridiculous. Of course they tried to get more money out of me, but I argued my case. On top of this, they damaged one of the shelf units because they did not hold it properly. Based on this experience, I am not recommending them anymore.

However, we are a bit surprised by your critical review so long after your relocation that we carried out for you more than 6 months ago. Such criticism is very, very rare with us. Two of our professional staff moved for you and they carried out the task so that you only had to pay a fixed price including parking permit.
Of course, it is unfortunate if you think they have taken too many breaks and it has bothered you in relation to their time consumption.
We always want to have a good dialogue with our customers, both before, during and after relocations. We would have appreciated it if you had contacted us afterwards so that we could have taken care of the specific matter.
As a customer with us, the price always includes moving insurance, which you can use if furniture or other things get damaged. You are very welcome to send us an email with a damage report. Then we will take care of it.

Very good service
Very good service: I was not at home and received a phone call upon delivery, and was told where to collect the parcel. Collection went smoothly. I was kept updated all way through.

Quick delivery but wrong location.
The delivery was fine and quick, but it was delivered to a different Bring collection point than requested and stated on the parcel. That should not happen.
