Please improve your credit card billing:
Your sending separate credit card charges for the book and for the shipping cost creates extra hassle for me. I now need to submit two separate invoices to my corporate credit card account, and have to duplicate your invoice in our account system. Please make it one charge only!
Also, one credit card charge is still pending. (I have ordered books in two separate orders on the same day. Both books have been charged, but only one of the shipping costs so far.) So I still cannot submit the charges to my corporate account.
