Having been let down very badly by another Sim company, Sim Demon came to rescue and delivered the item very quickly.

Having been let down at the last minute with a car purchase at a local dealer, I decided to visit the Trust Ford dealership in Castleford.

I had already seen the car on the website that I was looking for and made my way up to Castleford. After a quick look around the car I went inside the showroom and was meet by one of the sales staff, Danny Blacker.

I asked if I could take the vehicle on a quick test drive and within 5 mins I was out on the road by myself driving the car. Ironically as I pulled back into the showroom, I recieved a call from the previous car dealership saying they had resolved the issue that stopped the purchase going ahead.

By this point I had already made my mind up and informed them thanks but no thanks. I told Danny that I was happy with the car and that I would like to buy it. No more than 30 mins later I walked out having bought the vehicle with minimal fuss.

As I don't live close to the dealership, Danny arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home address the next day. As I needed a number plate for a trailer I was picking up, Danny helped by providing one for me for when the vehicle was delivered.

True to his word, the next day Danny arrived at the time stated to hand deliver the car to myself. I also recieved a number of emails and videos from Danny before and after the vehicle delivery.

I can honestly say this was one of the best, most easiest car purchases I have ever made. Danny was extremely helpful and not pushy in anyway to make a sale. That in its self made for a refreshing change.

Thanks to the excellent help from Danny and Truat Ford, I was able to pick up my sons race trailer in time for him to take his race licence test that following weekend. This was something that was in doubt thanks to mistakes of the previous dealership.

Thank you Danny, you saved the day and made a young boy very happy.
