Once I got familiar with HotDoc and learned how to use it properly I found it was very easy and helpful, for example I can make an appointment if I’m awake at 3am and I don’t have to wait until the office opens at 8am. So that’s an advantage. It’s great to see the availability of appointments so I can choose which one suits me best. Also I like the calendar for its reminder too. I set it early to give my travel time. I am altogether happy using HotDoc.

I got the book I wanted in very good time. Thank you so much.
