We just got back from a last minute…

We just got back from a last minute weekend away. I rang and spoke to Abbi two days before we were due to go on a canal boat holiday with another company who cancelled us last minute due to the water levels in their canals being too high. Abbi immediately found us exactly what we needed!! The boat was clean and so well equipped and the bed was really comfy and the staff were so friendly. We had the time of our lives and will definitely be going again!

I bought a new tumble dryer washing…

I bought a new tumble dryer washing machine and fridge freezer from Bosch when I bought a new house All top appliances and my washing machine has broken after a year and I am having to wait 11 days for an engineer to come! Appalling service I will not buy Bosch ever again!
I had no find reviewer request so cnnot provide the information you ask for

Terrible service and steal your money

My mother bought an M Class Discovery Pro mobility scooter but after taking it out on her third go she managed to turn it over and ended up on her back and was badly shaken up (21st July) so we rang them and they offered an exchange for what we thought was a Colt Deluxe 2.0 the best sturdy one they had and not foldable.
I rang on about the 9th August as had heard nothing about when the exhange would take place and they said we should hear soon. I rang again on Monday 22nd and they said somehow the order had been filed as delivered/completed so therefore not chased up so it was again arranged that someone would call us with the delivery.
They arrived on the 25th and it was the wrong one so the driver took both away with him.
I was on the phone to customer servces most of that afternoon being pushed from pillar to post and even cut off at one point to be told it's hard luck as on Mum's notes she ordered the Wanderer and we are stuck with it?? I dont know why this mistake has been made and she had given over £4,000 of her money and she is left with NO scooter and I emailed them about this last Wednesday (31/8) and surprise surprise no response!
