Hi, don't trust any of their staff as they can easily rob your money for a room you booked and get kicked out saying you are not in the system after booking with Booking.com it is disgraceful

Very friendly and honest guy I spoke to.
He is clear i wasn't even aware how important this service was to me n my little ones.
His advice encouraged me to sign up and now I have passed on a recommendation to my friend hope he joins soon.
