Poor

Paid, followed the email link to submit my information and ten dates later..... nothing.

Use someone else - poor service, zero engagement and no product.

Still no website, but editing to add I requested a refund and they did refund everything I’d paid without quibble so I wanted to give them credit for that.

Scam - no idea if I’ll ever see the bed I’ve paid £850 for

I am only leaving one star as zero isn’t an option.

Ordered (and paid for) a bed and mattress well over a month ago and having chased them up, they have no idea when they will be able to deliver.

Update - I’ve requested a refund which should take 7-10 days

Absolute scam - but a bed elsewhere, from anywhere else!

When I grew up Beanz meant Heinz. Now a tin is 50% water yet they still charge a premium, despite offering a similar or worse products to own brands. I don’t get it - do they think we’re stupid or is this just the ‘beancounters’ in a corporate cost saving workshop at Heinz?

Worst Bank in UK

I have been with them since 2005 and they used to be a great bank. They were an internet bank, now they are a telephone bank - why? because you will spend your life on the phone to them - wait times are >30 mins.
First the overseas transfer form disappeared, so now I have to spend 30-40 minutes on the phone every month. Now, it is impossible to use your card online, it is literally declined every time, and then you have to sit on hold...then its declined again and you have to..... you get the message. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I am leaving

From time to time we may have longer wait times than we'd like but this is something we continue to work to improve by recruiting and training staff. Currently it's around 12 minutes to speak with an adviser on 03457 212 212.
I'm sorry the online foreign transfer facility isn't available. We'll let customers know as soon as there's an update to this service and I'll ensure your comments are fed back to our development team.

Poor service and weird

Ordered and paid for two copies of a book, received one. Was asked to photograph package (already recycled) with boom so they could compare weights or something. Anyway - Peter Paul has to be asked nicely to send your actual order and is quite happy to email back and forth critiquing your emails. I’d just avoid and use another company. They’re dysfunctional and, to be honest, a little weird.

Dropped off a cliff

Been with Smile for years, but they are truly shocking these days. I keep getting locked out and having to spend an hour on the phone to get unlocked (if its not after 5pm). I just spent 40 mins on the phone and was assured the card was unblocked, only to find it hadnt been and I'm back on hold. Secure messaging doesnt actually exist and no online international transfers. They are the worst bank and I'm leaving.

We have recently recruited and trained new staff so you should see an improvement in wait times very soon. We do offer a secure message service and aim to reply to messages within a couple of days. In regards to international transfers these are still available and can be actioned by calling Customer Services. Thanks - Michelle
