Absolute scam. Avoid this place. I made an order of a remote control that didn't work with the system it was suposed to work. I asked for a refund (which is mandatory in the EU for the first 30 days) and so I had to resend the item back to their store (having to pay for the package). I contacted them several times before the 30 days period expired to get my money back but they insisted the remote did not get to them so delated the process. Now those 30 days have expired, my refund is nowhere to be found and I will have to ask Paypal tomediate a solution. Avoid this place at all cost.

On June 11, you contacted us via our online chat, saying that the remote control you received did not work with your device and you wanted to return it. Since we offer hassle-free returns, we immediately provided you with instructions on how to return the remote control and did not "bother" you with anything else.
On June 24, you used our online chat again and asked if we had received the package. We informed you that we had not received the package and asked you for the tracking number so that we could find out what might be causing the delivery problem. However, since you sent it without a tracking number, we could only wait for the package to be delivered—which has not happened yet.
Yesterday, July 18—on Friday evening—we received an email from you in which you called us fraudsters and threatened to post negative reviews on our social media. Despite this, we responded to the email politely and offered a possible solution to help you, even though the mistake was not on our part.
Please note that we receive hundreds of shipments every week (as we also offer repairs of customers' devices and remote controls) and we have no way of knowing what happened to certain shipments if they have not yet been delivered and were sent without tracking.
Though the mistake is not on our part we are still ready to help and hope hear back from you.

The protein flavour I chose is disgusting. I even considered throwing it. I'm talking about the Chocolat Hazelnut flavour. The delivery is also very slow. I'm not marking them 1 star since de creatine is good enough and it does its work. I'm switching brand, no doubt.

Veo mucha queja pero sera por que la gente que le va bien con ellos y no les da ningun problema no busca escribir una reseña para decir que les va bien, como a mi. De momento no he tenido problema alguno con ellos durante 3 años y las veces que necesitaba ayuda llamaba y el robot me pasaba con un operador que en 3 minutos me resolvía el problema.
