Excellent service. I bought a bike from Børkop and it had a small manufacturing fault. Unfortunately I live on Sjælland and Børkop is on Jylland. So I attempted to process a replacement via a agent on Sjælland. The service i got from the agent was very slow and didn't solve the problem satisfactorily and would have entailed me getting a bike that was not what I wanted. One call to Børkop and the entire issue was solved in less than 24 hours. Børkop made buying a bike an absolute pleasure! Thanks Guys!!!

I am very anxious about seeing the dentist. So when I had to have a bit of serious work done, I was terrified. Lucky for me, Markus was the dentist who worked on me. Markus and his assistant understood my anxiety, and were very kind and supportive. The work they did was exceptional. I felt confident and safe in their hands. If you are anxious about dentists, I can recommend Amager Tandklinik and specifically recommend Markus. Excellent dentists that care about you. 10 out of 10!

Exceeded my expectations and it was on time.

I ordered some optical inserts and got exactly what I ordered and on exactly the day they said they would arrive. Well priced, well executed, perfectly done.

I ordered a set of sunglasses from Ottica SM on the 26 of April 2025. After two weeks inquired as to where my sunglasses were. They didn’t reply and they don’t answer the phone. When they finally did answer it was to tell me the sunglasses would be in their hands in 2 to 4 days. After week I requested an update, no update. After I contacts their supplier to enquire how to contact them, I received an email saying that they would ship in 2 to 4 days. Six days later I got a rude email telling me I was disrespectful and they would refund me. The only way to get a response from these people is to email their supplier as well. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.
Update: They did refund me, but they wasted 3 weeks, were rude and the entire interaction caused me some stress. I would avoid them.
