I ordered a remote control for a Tesla smart TV, it didn't work... After dozens of emails and pictures sent, they came to the conclusion that my TV was defective and that I should order another remote control from them, although, in the meantime, I ordered a remote control from another company that worked perfectly... After a month of negotiations, a refund was made and a functional remote control was delivered...

Firstly, we would like to say we were sorry to find out the product was not working with your device.
As the remote control was emitting signal (in case it would not be emitting we would have sent new product immediately), it meant there was "nothing" wrong from the technical point of view regarding the remote control itself and the issue could be elsewhere. The thing is, in case any issue occurs, we just want to resolve it and provide customers with a solution (of course we can also offer simply refunding the money, however, refund has never made not working product work - customer would have to buy new product, wait till it is delivered, etc.) That is why we keep the refund option as the last one if customers do not ask for it sooner (in case they do, the refund is processed immediately).
Still, we can understand the situation made you angry and as you mention in your review - you already bought new original remote control that is working with your device and the mistake seems to be on our part.
A few moments ago, we emailed you with more detailed explanation, apologies and offer and we hope to hear back from you. Once again we would like to sincerely apologize for all inconveniences caused.
