This company is a scam that uses a bot for customer service. I sent seven emails and received the exact same response each time: either a 15% discount or the option to return the product to China. Unfortunately, I can't attach photos to this review to show the difference between what I ordered and what I received.
The only advice I can give this company to improve: make a decent return policy and install actual people to answer your emails.

I've been waiting for my parcel for several days now. Despite receiving constant emails saying it's on its way and should have been delivered, it hasn't arrived. I wasn't home for the delivery, so I requested it to be sent to a pick-up point, but that hasn't happened. When I call the delivery service, I'm greeted by a bot named Lola, which is unhelpful. If I manage to speak to a human (only when calling sales), they hang up when I mention deliveries. I emailed customer service asking about my parcel, and all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience caused." I strongly advise against using this company!

Andrea from Withlocals really made the tour worthwhile. I requested a personalized offer and it was so much more than I thought! Alicante has got a lot of legends next to the history and Andrea reveiled a lot of them, all very interesting. Andrea also has a lot of hidden places to show when it comes to tastings of local wines & bites. I enjoyed all the places we visited. Thanks a lot Andrea for the lovely afternoon! highly recommended!
