Received my remote this morning. Already to go straight out of the box, battery in place.
Wondered where I would be able to find a remote control for my vintage Technics cassette player, well these are the people to go to.
Quickly answered my email inquiry to which model I would need. I ordered and paid and delivery was just on a week, including a weekend. Price including postage was very fair.
All major functions are covered and an A4 manual is included to show which button is which.
Highly recommend.

I sent an ebay parcel 6 weeks ago, it's still not been delivered, no updates since 21/3/25, noway to speak to anyone, just machines. I am over £50 out of pocket, as I had to refund my buyer, haven't had my parcel returned. Evri have been trying to deliver it to a Post office in Bolton, where as I'm in Southampton. Totally amateur service, avoid at all cost.
Update, I was contacted by Evri, asking me to contact their customer service dept. All iIget is a bot that tells me the parcel is being delivered, This delivery is now in it's 9th week, I could have walked it to the customer far quicker!!!

I have bought various motorcycle gear from urban Rider over the last few years. Always had excellent service with quick delivery.
Even when I click on collect from store, when I wanted delivery, an email an that evening and first thing next morning a reply to say that they had sorted the order.
I have bought helmets, gloves, boots and various other gear, always great service
