Expensive returns, fast order processing
Very fast shipment and order processing. Support understands what you’re trying to do without the need to repeat yourself (surprisingly uncommon these days).
Returns could be easier. To make a return, you need to submit a specific type of support ticket. However, this ticket goes first to the general support team, who then have to forward it to the RMA team, creating unnecessary delays.
Shipments are sent to Europe from Hong Kong, making returns extremely expensive. If you’re buying directly from Razer, make sure you truly want to keep the product. Otherwise, I would recommend purchasing from local retailers instead.
