I purchased my umbrella on line with delivery to Queensland.I had a question and contacted customer service via email . The response was prompt and answered my question (about colours) .
My order was also delivered within the time frame given and texts along the way . Very informative .
My husband and I purchased from Shelta when living in Sydney and we had them for many years. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else ( even though I have to pay for delivery to Qld). Well worth it and I’m sure I’ll have many years of this one too it looks fabulous on my pool deck !
