Fraud: no delivery, no refund, no real customer service
Hi,
I’ve been waiting for my order for over a month and still haven’t received it. I paid twice for shipping and I have neither the product nor a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails and only received generic responses.
On top of that, the tracking number you provided is not valid and the phone number you gave me doesn’t work either.
If I don’t get a real solution immediately, I’ll have to report this as a case of fraud and breach of contract.
