Darren was very thorough and explained about the pressure and the flow. Our water pressure is reading normal levels, which I expected that the pressure is still not there as it was. Because we are on a hill in the past years, and I have been here 35 years, we had tablet set at a level above normal to enable showers to function at a reasonable pressure. I therefore ask the question of you, have you turned down the water pressure because it is definitely causing an issue in the shower?
Since his visit, nothing has changed and the issue is still not resolved.

I used LV Britannia and found them to be excellent. The lady who answer my call listened carefully to me, and explained everything clearly. They were very quick, 20 minutes and polite and professional. All in all, a great service. Would definitely recommend.

There was a report of a sewage leak on…

There was a report of a sewage leak on our street. It turns out that the pipes had deteriorated and broken down at the back of my property so they repaired the leak. A few days later there was a smell of sewage and when they investigated, they found that there was a blockage of wipes at the interceptor. Andrew was the guy from Severn Trent who attended and was very helpful with this and explained how wipes can block drains. The problem being is that it is a shared drain and so neighbours must be throwing wipes down the drains. Andrew was reassuring and helped by providing neighbours with a leaflet on do’s and don’ts.
