To begin with I did not buy a FUM and therefore I cannot give a review on this product.
However I looked briefly into it and checked online reviews as well as the ones the FUM website.

The Messenger app is of very poor quality.
I only use it for the communication when selling/ buying stuff on Marketplace.
The actual field where you write your text is very small keeping you busy scrolling up and down your written text.
The top space is stating the "Marketplace listing" followed by your ad text and "View Buyer" & "More Options" links taking around 1/3 of the mobile screen. At the bottom is your keyboard.

If you have an unfinished/ unsent text and close the app there is a good chance the text is gone when you return.
Also the poor idea of sending the pre-written text "Is this still available" was not accepted by the sellers and let to them not responding.
Noticing the poor user ratings here tells me that the Messenger team has no interest in changing that to improve their product, meaning they want it the way it is and it seems there is a reason behind

Was going to order the Melatonin 60mg, 60 capsules for $30.95. When it came to the shipping costs they wanted to charge $79.99 from America to Germany.
It makes me sick to see that they want to make you think they care about you and your health but screw you with high cost, either for the product or for the shipping. Hopefully my post will cost you lots of customers!

Ordered a set of Blockout curtains which were advertised on Kogan.com.au as
"...Blockout Curtains 3 Layers Pure Fabric Thermal Insulated Taupe 300CM x 230CM" (sold by Traderight).
The curtains are istalled by now and I noticed, they are NOT Blockout curtains (one layer only - sun shines through - no 3 Layers (as I do have several other blockout curtains installed thoughout my house and they all have the typical 3 layer system and blocking out the sun).
It is like you order and pay for a Mercedes and receive a Hyundai.

In December 2020 I checked out online reviews for several different crypto currency exchanges around the globe and quickly noticed, most of them did have -more of less- a good review (related to criteria's like: supported coins, ease of use, accepted payments and charges, security & support, etc) however I also noticed quite a few of them did have a relatively high number of bad customer based ratings (trustpilot.com) which were mostly based on bad customer support AND issues when it came to withdrawing money or cryptos from the platform. Most disappointing I found the fact that many customers did have to employ a third party service provider to regain the assets from the exchange as they froze their account without reason.
I honestly do not understand why these rating companies do not extent their rating criterias with the 'customer satisfaction'. It would almost be hard to believe they are not aware of the large number of unhappy customers which might make you think they are getting paid by the exchanges to ignore this fact.

Anyway, my research conclusion was, Swyftx was amongst the best exchanges.

That was good enough for me and I decided to sign up with the Australian exchange team. Money transfer done by OSKO payments and it was available at my trading account in minutes. The Swyftx website I find quite simple (= easy to use/ understand). When it comes to withdraw money or coins from your account there is a daily limit of $50.000 and you only can do a withdrawal when completing the highest level of verification. That's fine as the law requires it. However I did have an issue with one of the staff members not accepting my supplied documents without any reason. Involving the supervisor helped to quickly solve the issue and get the verification completed. Since then I have deposited money, moved coins/ tokens to and from the hardware wallet (even at night time with some coins/ tokens need to be staff assisted to get into your account) and I do have to say, it all went fine and also within a reasonable timeframe!).
You will have to verify any new address by email before you can withdraw cryptos from the exchange which adds another level of security.
Contacting the Swyftx crew for questions/ issues the respond came in no time. Actually it took me longer to thank them than them to answer my question:)

After about five months of trading with the Swyftx exchange I cannot say anything negative about them and still happy with the business relationship. And I hope you do not change your great service in future as it is us, your customers, who pay you salary.
