Missing Purchases, Stonewalled Support, Then Blocked – Stay Away

I made multiple verified purchases on this site, including two packages ($25 and $17.99), that were never credited to my account. I provided screenshots, full chat logs, transaction records, and timestamps. Rather than resolving the issue, their support team:

Repeatedly gave me the runaround for over a week

Blamed "technical issues" despite me clearly proving the coins never appeared

Denied any wrongdoing, even after I showed their own system logs contradicting them

Then, when I demanded a timeframe and held them accountable, they disabled live chat and blocked me from further contact

I’ve been a developer for over 20 years — this was not a technical issue. This was a clear customer service failure and possibly intentional fraud. The company had everything it needed to make this right in minutes. Instead, they chose to hide.

I’ve filed formal complaints with the FTC, Missouri Attorney General, and my payment provider, and I urge others to do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

Avoid this site. If you run into any issues, they’ll take your money, ignore your proof, and then cut off all communication.

*SpinsAmerica.com is not a legitimate casino

*SpinsAmerica.com is not a legitimate operation. They currently owe me $8,000. As part of their KYC (Know Your Customer) process, they required a bank statement, which I provided. However, they are refusing to approve my verification because the statement does not include my full account number and routing number.

This demand is both unnecessary and suspicious. The statement clearly shows my name and transaction history with their platform — more than enough to prove account ownership. Furthermore, I had already completed their original KYC process before depositing or playing on their site, and that was approved. I can provide documentation of that approval.

To date, I have found no credible evidence that SpinsAmerica.com pays out winnings to any users.

Since then Spinsamerica has closed my account, I have filed a complaint with the FTC, not that I expect anything to go anywhere.

I got my first ever max win in a casino on this site, and I will never see a penny of it.

Reply from Spinsamerica

Hi Jeremia,

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we strongly disagree with your characterization of SpinsAmerica.com.

We are a fully compliant sweepstakes-based platform operating under applicable regulations, and we take player verification and responsible play policies seriously. All prize redeems are subject to a KYC process designed to protect both users and the platform from fraud or abuse.

As a matter of policy and privacy, we do not discuss account-specific details in public forums. However, we can confirm that documentation provided must meet clearly communicated requirements — including specific details needed to verify account ownership securely. These requirements are in place to comply with financial regulations and to ensure we are paying funds to the correct recipient.

If you believe a mistake was made or if you would like further clarification on your case, we encourage you to reach out to our team directly at support@spinsamerica.com. We're always willing to review cases and ensure fair outcomes, provided the account remains in good standing.

Kind regards,
The SpinsAmerica.com Team

It's a scam

The site is very loose, easy to win. Absurdly high free bonus to start... sounds too good to be true.

Got my account to $6700, figured I would not get paid, buy hey let's try to withdrawal. At this point you are hit a with a $55.00 account activation fee which you must pay with bitcoin... so let's say you do that. You figure you are good to go, next you are hit with if the winning prize exceeds $1000 a certain percentage of the transaction fee must be paid, but not out of your winnings, you must pay it as an extra bitcoin fee before they "will process" and you can't request only $900.00 to avoid the fee, the minimum is 5000. So then you pay that fee and oops they need a little more.

You will never get paid. They claim they are licensed through Government of Curacao, but if you use the license checker you will see they are not licensed there.

They really are my favorite online…

They really are my favorite online casino, I have read a lot of other reviews on here and most of negative ones appear to be from people who didn't provide their real name or date of birth. While I don't have all that much luck, I have cashed out and the process is very smooth. Good Company

20 deposits no wins, very low RTP

20 deposits, no wins. Nerfed pragamatic games where you can't buy the bonus, lowest rtp of any casino I have played at. No live support until you reach gold which costs thousands of dollars. They also appear to have been gaming trustpilot.
