Four week delay with no warning
I put in a large order for a bathroom for my 92 year old mother on 17th October. All items were in stock but they did not arrive until 12th November - 25 days. No warning on the website about delays so the choice to buy elsewhere wasn't an option. The invoice said to expect delivery in 2-7 days. No reply to several emails from their "help desk". After 14 days Live Chat admitted to warehouse problems and made our order a priority but it still took another two weeks. In the meantime my poor mum couldn't have a proper wash for over a month. Not acceptable VP! I have another bathroom to refurbish in December and it would be nice if VP offered a discount to apologise for their dreadful customer service. I have no gripe with the quality of the products and VP have been very prompt in the past but my latest experience has been ignored by the company hence the one-star review.
