I have breast cancer and have had 4…

Horrible horrible customer service by both Groupon and CozyMaids.

I have breast cancer and have had 4 surgeries in the past 6 weeks.

Trying to get help cleaning my tiny apartment because I need it cleaned and sanitized so I don’t get an infection.

I paid for a cleaning Groupon that I’m not allowed to redeem.

I have tried and tried again to contact both Groupon and Cozy Maids
numerous times and they keep redirecting me to each others emails.

This has been happening for 3 weeks.

Im so frustrated don’t ever buy from these people!!!!

Horrible horrible customer service

Horrible horrible customer service.
I placed an order on October 11 and immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order because I mistakenly thought I was ordering a vegan product and was not.

I was well within the 24 hour cancellation policy as stated on website. MY ORDER WAS NOT CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.

I then emailed again the next day, still within the required 24 hour cancellation period per company policy. I received an auto reply but my order wasn’t cancelled.

Over the next several days, I emailed customer service multiple times and when a live person finally responded, I was told my order couldn’t be cancelled b/c it had already shipped.

The order never should have been shipped in the first place because I cancelled in the appropriate time frame and have my original email as proof!!!!

Since then, I have again reached out to customer service a few more times. No response.

Now, on October 29, I have neither a refund nor the bag I ordered. I’m furious because this item s such bad service and taking an inordinate amount of my time to try to rectify. Will someone please help me????

I am writing in hope of receiving a reply from Chiko. After receiving your last message, I did indeed go to your website and submit a request properly. I still haven’t received a response.

I prefer to communicate with your company directly but since I haven’t received a response again I am using this forum.

In regards to your earlier comments, I did indeed message you from your website previously- I don’t know why you can’t find it and my feet are not wide. The shoes hurt my feet.

I purchased a pair of darling shoes but…

I purchased a pair of darling shoes but they really, really hurt my feet and I can’t wear them. I tried to exchange them with no luck.

I emailed Chiko several times and no-one responded back to me. I called their number several times to no avail.

Now I’ve missed the 30 day cut off for returns/exchanges and have a $100 pair of shoes I can’t wear. I’m really bummed.

As mentioned in previous review replies, we don't reply to our customers over the phone as written record is required for our communication with the clients. You can reach us by emails or leave us a message online. Most of emails are replied in 24 hours during business days.

We offer 30 days return service from the date of purchase if the shoes are unworn in the original condition with original packing. If your order is valid for return, you can simply log into your account and submit a return request without reaching us by emails. Upon approval of your return request, an email with return instruction and return address is sent out automatically. Please follow the instructions to return the shoes for exchange or refund.

As mentioned on our website, our shoes are made in average width only. Please do not place any order if you are a narrow or wide width, as they are not going to fit.
