Awful customer service
Dreadful experience which has been going on since the beginning of the year I am so upset with the lack of service provided. To put in to context my complaint is I ordered a table which I swapped for another I was told it would be delivered by end of June, July comes and goes still nothing I call wait on hold for hours and then told mid August so I call today and am told sept how is this ok no communication no customer service I have canx my order with this dreadful organisation as they have no value for communication they never call back they never reply to emails they are just good and keeping customers waiting and saying it’s not their fault. If there was a minus 5 you would get that from me

Brought so really lovely pieces from house of pascal quality was great and delivery was very prompt it’s certainly a thumbs up from me
