Great selection of tours and easy booking process. We chose 2 tours in Morocco, the second of which was a ‘no show’ due to a double-booking. Viator refunded the full amount within 2 days. Despite this, we would certainly use them again (especially in preference to expensive excursions offered by cruise companies).

My order of patio lights was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with them which I referred to Tina on the Helpdesk. She liaised with her tech team and, after some emails and phone calls to discuss a few potential solutions, she arranged for a replacement unit to be despatched. This is now installed and working perfectly. A happy customer!
