My recent experience of buying from this company was 100% negative. They took my money, shipped something of far less quality and value and in any case what I did not order, offered to compensate in kind, refused to refund cash unless I shipped the goods back to China at my own expense (would have been over 50% of the purchase price!), no contact numbers in London or GB at all so all I got back from my several emails included one saying that cheap polyester was a good wool imitation!! plus their standard emails telling me to check T&Cs etc etc. Based on my experienceI I would say the MO of Lily Rose London to commit fraud on unsuspecting customers. I will be contacting Trading Standards forthwith.

Easy to order, good quality, v good value

We bought a carpet from Lee Longlands in Leamington Spa and had it fitted very recently. Product was exactly as specified - we are very pleased with it and will definitely go back when we need more carpets. Fitting service was absolutely worthy of special mention. Fitters - Chris and Toby - did a wonderful job - also working late to get the job done and to a very high standard within the day. We recommend both Lee Longlands and their fitters very highly 👍🏻.

Very happy with service.We have had a few deliveries and returns. All worked v well. Just followed the instructions - labelled and repacked as instructed. Didn't have to stay in - which can be a problem. Acknowledgements by email all very prompt.
So nothing bad at all.
