Excellent service from Stan.

Excellent service from Stan in the Newcastle Under Lyme branch. We were left alone to measure, try out and evaluate the large choice of sofas with a nice cup of coffee. Once we had made up our minds the ordering procedure was entirely painless! We were made to feel valued throughout.

Total Adblock website awful!!!!

Although this website does the job it is suppose to, it seems impossible to unsubscribe from. The website is the worst I have ever experienced and had to resort to a third party unsubscribing website to do so for which I had to pay £9:99!!!!!
Lesson Learned!!!

Great service!

On one of the coldest days this year so far, the patrol arrived only a little later than expected and fully checked the reason for the non-starting of my car, which was a failed battery. He explained my battery options and my having selected one, it was fitted in a very few minutes from the stock in the van. Five minutes of resetting the system and the job was done. Payment was made via my phone. All carried out in a friendly, efficient and considerate manner by a very pleasant man. Great service!

Poor communication!

Having used Hozah for some time now to simplify parking charges in our local shopping centre, two days ago I parked, expecting Hozah to take the payment directly from my bank account as usual. Upon arriving home I checked my emails and found one from Hozah informing me that Hozah autopay is not now operating in that car park. This presumably means that I parked unknowingly without paying. I am now wondering if I can expect an invitation to pay a fine for unpaid parking from the car park owners. A little forward notice would have been appreciated!

At Bridgemere Garden Centre - BAD service!

At Bridgemere Garden Centre we wanted to purchase a pair of garden ornaments. Having found some that were ideal for our requirements, which had a discount tag attached stating the price to pay, at the checkout the price came up on the screen at 50% more than the ticket price. When we questioned this we were told that the item had been incorrectly priced. While I appreciate that in law we had no redress we felt that a reduction or at the very least some concern from the staff might have been appropriate. Unfortunately both were lacking!

Not perfect service!

While the Ninja Air fryer we purchased is great the delay in its delivery was frustrating. The young lady who took our order, in I must say, a friendly and apparently efficient manner, managed to write down my email address completely garbled although I spelt it out phonetically to her in words of one syllable. Hence I received no email notification telling me when it was in. Only by visiting the shop again were were able to take delivery of it, resulting in several days delay.

Very helpful sales assistant, who even allowed us to take a sample of grass home for a couple of hours to try. Delivery time advised and kept to. Heavy roll placed neatly in garage by friendly driver. Great work all round.

The perils of automatic renewal!

Receiving an email regarding the imminent renewal of my Total Security package I was told that since I had selected automatic renewal the fee would be taken from my bank in a few days. I was also told that I would receive a preferential rate. However, I was subsequently charged the full rate. Querying this by email I was told that sometimes special deals are available. I was given the option of cancelling my renewal and selecting a half-price offer linked to the email. This I did and have now renewed my security for another year at half price. I would say that this is a fair outcome and I have no complaints about the service I received but would offer this advice: Remove the automatic renewal facility on your package and when the time comes to renew, Google the best offers for a new Kaspersky key code. This will be emailed to you. Keep it until your existing one is about to expire as the new period will begin as soon as you enter the key. By doing this you will save at least half cost of an automatic renewal!

Excellent Service

Needing to wire in an extension socket for our new inset electric fire, I ordered the bits required on the net from my local branch in Crewe using the easy to navigate Website, paying via Paypal. Within seven or eight minutes I received a text telling me the items were ready for collection. I was subsequently served by a very pleasant young lady, making the entire transaction a very simple and pleasant one.

Not usual standard!

Normally, my medication comes within around four days, and that's fine for me. However, I recently had cause to phone Pharmacy2U regarding some new medication. I was informed that it had been added to my list and an order put through. When checking my account though I found that this was not the case. Fortunately, my doctor was able to sort out the problem. This was the first time I have needed to contact Pharmacy2U by phone. I was not impressed!

Having had many eye tests over the years, I can honestly say that the service I received at this branch was exceptional. At every stage, the results of each test were explained in careful detail in language a layman could understand. Nothing was too much trouble.

So easy to order…

I needed a long reach hedge trimmer to keep our high bushes under control. Following the usual perusal of reviews, I chose a mains powered Hawksmoor model from Tool Station. Checking stock at my local branch in Crewe I saw they had two. Within a few clicks of the keyboard, I had one ordered. A few minutes later I received an email telling me the item was ready for collection. What could be easier? Trimming my bushes is a lot easier too!

Great service

Wanting to install some external wall lights on our property I ordered some plastic conduit fittings just after lunch on Tuesday. They were delivered by a smiling delivery driver at precisely 10 am the following morning. This kind of service together with prices of less than half that offered by the competition makes a job go so much better.
