Avoid Right Tiles Croydon!
Ordered almost £600 worth of bathroom tiles — arrived in damaged, ripped, and even boxless condition. Instead of a full refund (as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), they unlawfully deducted a 25% “restocking fee.”
No official email, only endless back-and-forth WhatsApp messages, and zero accountability.
Unprofessional, stressful, and not compliant with consumer rights. Spend your money elsewhere!

Their products are absolutely amazing. The content of each one of them is carefully selected to meet and exceed expectations of the person receiving. I absolutely love the sustainability of the product and zero waste behind. On the top of that it’s the top quality, all natural and beautiful thoughts behind each and every product. I ordered a beauty box and relaxing box for 2 friends and they were absolutely amazed.
The delivery was super quick and packaging simple yet beautiful.
