Credit Fix staff over the years have always been helpful and polite.
No matter the issue or delay they have always been more than understanding and willing to help.
Although the system sends out emails and texts persistently, I do know from experience the staff are wonderful.
Each time I've ever needed to they will explain and take time to help me understand and issue and reassure me every step along the way.
I could not say a single bad word about the staff manning the phones at Credit Fix.
They have always had the customers back no matter the situation and their kindness has always been greatly received.
I hope others can recognise the polite and expert way these calls are handled.
