Unfortunately, I too have fallen victim to a 'system pricing error', just as the customer in one of the previous reviews had. When it came to complete the deal, the rates doubled and my trip for 16 people was gone. May be best to deal directly with the operator and avoid the 'middle men'???

Dear Mike I can only sincerely apologise and reasure you that we never intentionally show incorrect pricing. All customer bookings placed through our site are direct with your boat operator and at direct booking prices. Unfortunately the price showing for your chosen boats and date had been loaded in error for the dates of the 2025 bank holiday weekend and amended by the operator as soon they became aware of this issue.

On the 26th June 2020 my Airline advised me they had cancelled my flight due to Covid, they told me to ask GOTOGATE to request a full refund on my behalf, this I did. On the 14th February 2021 my Airline gave a full refund to GOTOGATE intended to be returned to me, 9 months have now passed an I still have not received my refund of £349.97. GOTOGATE have now removed my details from their website effectively closing my case and pocketing my refund...DO NOT USE GOTOGATE, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MONEY.
I HAVE A TRAVELUP VOUCHER VALUED AT £137.90, THE TRAVELUP SYSTEM WOULDN'T ACCEPT IT AT PAYMENT, I HAD TO PAY CASH AGAIN!!!

I have 4 bookings with Gotogate, all were cancelled by the Airlines as far back as June 2020. Gotogate are doing nothing to redeem my monies and i'm so fed up with their 'stock answer' to everything which is 'Covid, long delays with refunds'. Gotogate today have closed one of my 'cases' saying a refund is not due, how can that be when the Airline cancelled the flight?! As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Gotogate are cheap because there is no way out when it goes wrong.
