I want to say thank you to shemed workers who each week make the live check ins a quick and easy process.
I started MJ For my first 8 weeks and decided to move to WG due to cost, and because I was very early into my weight loss journey, I felt I might aswell try.
My first 4 weeks on MJ I lost 12.7kg
My second 4 weeks on MJ I lost 4.4kg
My first 4 weeks on WG I lost 8.3kg
I have followed all advice from the app. Ensuring I change my diet, by eating more protein, plenty of fibre, drinking more water, cutting down on carbs, eating healthy replacing sugar with healthy sugars. 3 meals a day, no snacking in between.
If I started to feel full, I would stop eating.
If I felt hungry I would take my mind off it by doing some pilates or go for a walk. And fill up on some water.
Exercise is key, I've aimed for 10,000 steps a day. And I do 30 to 45 mins of Pilates a day.
Side effects I have been quite fortunate, I have experienced on and off nausea at times.
Constipation has probably been my main issue, again upping fibre and I take daily senna and when needed fibregel drinks.
My refill process has always been quick, I've always taken note of what advise the physicians have advised, and my orders have always been delivered after within 3 days, and recieve multiple updates from shemed.
