Had fish and chips and a white bate starter . Fish was a very small and over cooked which was a shame as the white bate was lovely . Chips were double cooked by the taste and not freshly fried . The waitress upstairs was fantastic .

Biscuits arrived broken and taste was not great . The labelling on bottles not even straight . Very disappointed as very expensive . I did receive another order to replace these but unfortunately would not buy again due to this experience

After ordering my plant I realised I had put the wrong address . I did contact them straight away but by the time the message was received it had been dispatched . Not a problem to much . It's gone to England I live on an island off Scotland but can get it here . I was also worried after reading lots of negative reviews on trust pilot and FB of wrong plants damaged plants no replies to emails etc but I was pleasantly surprised that my plant a lemon geranium arrived in good order wrapped with a label attached and in perfect health .

Ordered some cheeses for a gift . Arrived Monday , on opening the box was wet and sticky . One of the cheeses wax was split . Also on the invoice 3 cheeses said use by march . Have contacted them by email and messenger on the arrival of the box and now Wednesday still no reply . They state how they are extremely good at customer service and their response time . Still waiting . So firstly I am now at the point do I just not eat these cheeses and let it be a learning kerb . But I spent a lot of money so really disappointed . Wanted to edit the post as I have just heard from the cheese company by phone and a replacement is being sent so I will change the star rating to reflect this . Thank you for getting back to me .

I ordered a Father's Day hamper a month before and when it arrived it had all the food part missing , the contents only had 4 beers and nuts . I contacted F &M but it was the 13th already and didn't get offered my items I had asked for to be dispatched urgently but a refund . Very upset and I asked for this to be looked in too , as how can most of an order not be in the box and if I had not phoned to ask if they loved their gift they would of thought 4 beers and nuts was the gift . Also I asked if they liked the card . What card ? They found it on the outside of the box behind the delivery note . I have purchased many hampers and gifts over the years but very reluctant to do it any more .
